make any purchase, click "Store" on our main navigation
bar above which will take you to our store choose the item you wish
to add to the cart and continue. When completed, go to "check
out" where you'll be taken to the Pay Pal payment center. You
need not be a registered Pay Pal account holder. You can select
to pay by any major credit card. Complete the information and shown
and then submit your order. If you have any problems please contact
us at infor@alienworlds.com. If you order downloadable items, you
will get a notification and a link for the download. Make sure you
select each item and "save as" or "save target as"
and save it to your hard dirve where you can find it later. All
the episodes are by title.

Delivery

normal circumstances, all items are shipped usually within 5 working
days, depending on stock of each item. Allow up to two weeks delivery
on all items. All deliveries are made by U.S. mail, and are usually
received within 14 days, depending on destination.

your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. In this
